Michelle Tanmizi

Conscious Life and Work Management. Behavioural Meta-Coach. Business & Life Skills Trainer

From a 20-year, corporate management background, Michelle has a proven track record in effective people management, implementation of positive change and building and restructuring of productive, happy teams while achieving the company’s financial, business goals. Based in Hong Kong, Michelle coaches and trains internationally.

Having lived in various countries, Michelle understands culture and adapts well to each individual she coaches and trains. Hence, flexibility of thought, versatility and adaptability are some of her key strengths. This flexibility allows her to be highly effective in bringing about positive change as she understands people and facilitates each individual to the outcome they want and the life they wish to lead. She speaks English and French fluently and Coaches in both languages.

Michelle is also a Group and Team Coach and Mentor and works with Non-Profit Organisations, counselling and coaching their clients as well as their Front-line Social Workers. Michelle’s comprehension of people and emotions is what makes her effective. Her style could best be described as Supportive, Engaging and Compassionately Challenging.

In Executive Coaching, Michelle believes in Conscious Work and Life Management. Consciousness brings individuals to awareness and is the Management style of the future that encourages positive business growth and this creates Self-Actualising Companies. Authenticity as well as Consciousness in Leadership positively impact the productivity of the company, improve staff retention (hence reducing ‘brain-drain’) and ultimately enhance the bottom line.

Michelle is an advocate for Congruent Leadership and helping women step up to the plate, because she believes that the Self-Actualising Company of the future is a powerful and congruent entity that creates not only a safe and nurturing environment for work and growth but that also recognises potential and offers opportunity for leadership and development to everyone based on merit and not on gender or ethnic background.

Michelle is a contributing author of ‘Conscious Business’ (2013), which is part of the Adventures in  Manifesting series of books and was an invited speaker at TedxHKUST in Hong Kong in March 2014 (www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ldhLuX4v-M).
